Privacy notice

This notice covers the akmatori.com website. It also explains the sharp line between this website and the Akmatori software you run yourself.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Self-hosted Akmatori sends us nothing

The Akmatori platform is deployed into your own infrastructure with Docker Compose or Helm. It has no telemetry channel back to us: incidents, alerts, logs, metrics, credentials, and agent transcripts stay inside your network. The only external calls a deployment makes are the ones you configure yourself — most importantly the LLM provider you choose, which receives the incident context you allow it to see. Point Akmatori at an on-premise or local model and even that traffic stays inside your perimeter. Nothing in this notice gives us access to a self-hosted installation.

What this website collects

  • Analytics. Pages are instrumented with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which record standard web analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referrer, device and browser type, and cookie-based session identifiers. We use this only in aggregate, to understand which content is useful.
  • Call-to-action clicks. When you click a "View Akmatori on GitHub" button, the site sends a small beacon — which button, the page path, and the referrer — to our lead-collection endpoint so we can tell which pages lead people to the source code. It carries no name, email address, or account identifier.
  • Email you send us. If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the conversation.
  • Server logs. Our web server and CDN keep short-lived request logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Third parties

The website relies on Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Fonts), Cloudflare as the CDN and TLS terminator, and our own lead-collection endpoint. Documentation and blog pages may embed links to third-party sites; following them puts you under their privacy terms, not ours. Accounts created on this site are optional and are used only to operate the features you sign up for.

Your choices

Browser-level controls — blocking cookies, blocking analytics scripts, or sending Do Not Track — work on this site, and the content remains fully readable without them. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
