Contact Akmatori
Akmatori is an open-source project. Most questions are answered fastest in public, on the issue tracker — but every channel below reaches the team that builds the product.
- General and sales enquiries:[email protected] — evaluations, proofs of concept, enterprise support, benchmarking requests, and partnership proposals.
- Technical support and administration:[email protected] — deployment problems, integration questions, and account matters for this website.
- Security disclosure:[email protected] with
SECURITYin the subject line — please report suspected vulnerabilities privately here first, and give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing. Include reproduction steps, the affected version, and the impact you observed.
Open-source channels
Bug reports, feature requests, and questions about behaviour belong on the public tracker, where the answer stays visible to the next person who hits the same problem.
- github.com/akmatori/akmatori — source code, issues, and releases
- @akmatori on X — release notes and engineering write-ups

What to include
For anything operational, the fastest replies come from messages that state the Akmatori version, how it was deployed (Docker Compose or Helm), which alert sources are connected, which LLM provider is configured, and the exact behaviour you expected instead. Redact credentials, tokens, and customer data before sending logs — Akmatori investigations touch production systems, and their transcripts often do too.
Before you write
The documentation covers installation, integrations, skills, tools, and the REST API, including authentication, versioning, and rate limits. Details about the company and the project's licensing are on the about page, and how this site handles data is described in the privacy notice.
